Jeremiah 29:11

"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." ~ Jeremiah 29:11

I never really thought about this verse much. Up until these past recent months, it was just another one of those "well known" verses, that everyone knows.

Lately tho, well... That's a different story...
I've finally realized, that EVERY single verse in the bible, has meaning. And if you open your heart up, God can speak to you through anyone of the millions of verses that big, amazing book.

Why I'm only just now realizing how extremely powerful Jeremiah 29:11 is, I have no idea, but, the understanding came at a good time.

Yeah, I'm a teenager.
And, as all teenagers do (I think anyway...) I've been struggling with the "who am I?" question.

Okay, so I'm not stupid, I know who I am. I'm Nicole Christine Sadlier, I was born May 1, 1997, to Ivan and Marilyn Sadlier. That's who I am, BUT, is that really who I AM?

Not exactly. That up there, is my name, my date of birth, and my parents. It says absolutely nothing about who I actually am.

God has big plans for me, (and you) so don't give up in frustration just because you don't know at this exact moment. I don't care if your 13 or 40, God has already made plans for you, he knew you like the back of his hand, even while you were still in your mothers womb.

Don't ever give up listening, even if it may seem like God's never gonna reveal his plan to you.
He will. Who knows, he might even be trying to talk to you, and your just not hearing.
So keep your heart open and receptive to him. :)
