So... I'm sitting here, trying to think of a way to describe what I want to say. So I'm going to attempt to make this, make sense. I might fail. So bear with me. :)
When you give your all to God, he will give his all to you. And here's the thing, you might be wondering why the heck God is ignoring you, when the truth is, you're ignoring God. He gave YOU the choice to choose him, and because he did that, he can't get to you, until you give yourself to him. Make sense?
So don't blame Him when things go wrong in your life. To be honest, its no ones fault but your own, for ignoring Him. He's waiting for you to give him permission to put his hand on your life. So quite wasting time, and give yourself to him.
On a similar note, when you put everything in Gods hands, he'll take care of it. I've recently experienced this, just within the past couple weeks. I finally got sick of being worried, and sick of being stressed, so one night, I just sat on my floor, and prayed for a good hour. In that hour, I got the most overwhelming peace ever. Its crazy. And every day when I get up, I give my life to God, and tell him that he has control over my day. I give him reign of my actions, my thoughts, and my words. And guess what? My life has been amazing. I'm not saying its perfect, I'm not saying its easy. I still deal with everyday life. I still have to fight off temptation. I still have to fight off physical pain, and every other thing of this world. Being a Christian isn't easy. Buts heck, its worth it.
I actually managed to wrap up the majority of what I wanted to say, in just a short post. Impressive. Although, I always have lots to say, just don't necissarily have the words to say it. :)
(AND AS A REQUEST FROM A FRIEND, I AM SUPPOSE TO MENTION IN THIS POST, THAT TODAY IS CAPSLOCK DAY. I HAVE BEEN TEXTING THIS FRIEND ALL DAY, IN CAPS, BUT REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO POST A BLOG POST, IN ALL CAPS. :P)
"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." ~ Jeremiah 29:11

Power in the Words
So this is something I wrote a few weeks ago, just for fun, and decided to have my mom grade, for English.
She liked it, and told me I needed to put it up here. Soo... enjoy. :)

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits."
~Proverbs 18:21
“Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."
~Mark 11:22-24
"It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it."
~Isaiah 55:11

I Will Not Be Moved
Life. Is. Crazy.
And life is life. For everyone.
Sometimes, you get so caught up in it, that you miss opportunities. Special moments.
There's this song, by Lady A. (if you don't like country, bear with me for a bit). The song is called "Run to You"' It's about two people who are in love, and when the going gets tough, they run to each other. But that's beside the point. Haha :p
There is a line in the song that says "I run my life, or is it running me?"
And thats soo true!
Are you getting so caught up in life, that your letting the bad, overrun the good? Or the busy, overrun the calm?
Don't let life pass you by. You only have one chance to live on this earth. What you do now, affects you for eternity.
Don't take advantage of the people you love. Life is but a vapor. Take every chance you get to give someone a hug. And tell them you love them. Always.
And lastly, Don't EVER let yourself get to busy for God. I can bet, that no matter how busy you are, you still make time to do what you want to do. Am I right?
(Ephesians 6:13-18) Be prepared. You're up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it's all over but the shouting you'll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You'll need them throughout your life. God's Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other's spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." ~ Jeremiah 29:11
I never really thought about this verse much. Up until these past recent months, it was just another one of those "well known" verses, that everyone knows.
Lately tho, well... That's a different story...
I've finally realized, that EVERY single verse in the bible, has meaning. And if you open your heart up, God can speak to you through anyone of the millions of verses that big, amazing book.
Why I'm only just now realizing how extremely powerful Jeremiah 29:11 is, I have no idea, but, the understanding came at a good time.
Yeah, I'm a teenager.
And, as all teenagers do (I think anyway...) I've been struggling with the "who am I?" question.
Okay, so I'm not stupid, I know who I am. I'm Nicole Christine Sadlier, I was born May 1, 1997, to Ivan and Marilyn Sadlier. That's who I am, BUT, is that really who I AM?
Not exactly. That up there, is my name, my date of birth, and my parents. It says absolutely nothing about who I actually am.
God has big plans for me, (and you) so don't give up in frustration just because you don't know at this exact moment. I don't care if your 13 or 40, God has already made plans for you, he knew you like the back of his hand, even while you were still in your mothers womb.
Don't ever give up listening, even if it may seem like God's never gonna reveal his plan to you.
He will. Who knows, he might even be trying to talk to you, and your just not hearing.
So keep your heart open and receptive to him. :)
